Guest post guidelines/write for us
Processing fee: We charge a one-time processing fee of $50 payable via PayPal. Your article will be published within 48 hours after payment. We only charge the fee if your article is going to be published.
If you would like to avoid paying the $50 you can share with us a few other websites within the real estate niche that accept guest posts that we don’t know about.
Title: make sure you write a title that has a clear message and is something potential buyers or sellers research for. Don’t be boring.
Content length: the minimum content length accepted will be 800 words. If you want your article to get more visibility on the search engines than longer is better but do not add fluff.
Topics: topics need to be related to residential real estate. Focusing on information for buyers or sellers. Good topics include, “5 tips for…”, “Top 7 reasons…”, Any type of “how-to’s”, etc. – Feel free to pitch a topic before writing. These are just suggestions. You can pitch us any of your ideas.
Audience: our audience will read general real estate information but articles that include our local cities will rank the best. For example: Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, 30a, Seaside, Watercolor, Blue Mountain Beach, and Rosemary Beach.
Editing: we reserve the right to edit any posts the way we feel necessary to engage the reader’s attention. We also reserve the right to add additional links to the post.
Formatting: we expect the article to be formatted in paragraphs with headings.
Quality: we expect all articles to be proofread and be ready to be posted.
Photos: it is best if you can submit 1 to 2 photos with your article.
Links and bio: you may include up to 1 link within the body of the article and another link and your author bio at the end. All articles may have an author bio between 2 and 3 sentences.

Posts will be rejected if: if you write your article about a specific geographic area outside of the areas stated above in the “Audience” section. Your article will be rejected if your grammar is poor or if the article does not flow nicely. All articles are checked with Copyscape and Google.
