5 Muskogee Lane Destin, FL 32541 has sold.
This short sale located in Destin is going to need a lot of work. But priced under $70 a square foot this 5400 ft.², 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sitting on a half acre lot in the Indian Bayou subdivision is one worth looking into. The Indian Bayou golf course community is a well-established and sought after neighborhood. Depending on the extent of work needed on this home address potential to be turned around into a very viable piece of property. This Destin fixer-upper is in need of a lot of work but if that doesn’t scare you off than the benefits could be big.

225 Vota Ln., Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 complete MLS details
This property is located off of Don Bishop Road on the north side of Highway 98. It is being sold as a foreclosure. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and just under 3000 ft.² located on .5 acres of land. the home was built in 2009 and was not kept up well. By the looks of the pictures it doesn’t look too bad. I have not been in the home so I cannot tell you details. With this house being only 5 years old I would imagine that the renovations needed to get this house back on the market for a good price would not be too high.
You missed the boat on this home on Vota Lane Santa Rosa Beach.
28 Legion Park Loop has sold.
This is a nice layout on this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2300 ft.² house in Miramar Beach. This home is being sold as a foreclosure and obviously needs some work done. Let’s get a contractor in this one and make a game plan and get an offer before it sells. This great location in Legion Park Landing and being just over 10 years old will make this a quick sale. The house is being offered at $78 a square foot. Average homes are selling in the $120 per square foot in this area.
59 Bayou Rd., Santa Rosa Beach has sold.
This seems like a pretty good one. Priced at only $135,000 this property is just over a quarter acre with 2 dwellings on the property. There’s a manufactured home that is a 3 bedroom and also a one-bedroom cottage. The canal is deep water and there’s even a boathouse. No HOA. The location is fantastic. This has the potential of either seeking some renters on the property as is or with maybe a little bit of work fix them both up completely and flip it.
135 and 149 Wilson St., Santa Rosa Beach sold on September 24, 2014 $419,500. Wow!
2 pieces of property and two houses for $129,000. Located in Santa Rosa Beach on Wilson Street there’s a log cabin style house built in 1999 as well as a mobile home on the property. They’re both currently rented bringing in a combined $1400 per month. With a little bit of work into both of these places you can keep renting them and probably increase the rent a bit. Or fix it up and flip it. It appears that it is doing just fine now so maybe don’t even touch it and let the property cash flow.
160 Chase Run Miramar Beach – SOLD!
This is a property that you really want to take a look at. If you don’t mind doing some work on a do-it-yourself this home can really get some awesome instant equity. It’s currently priced at $199,000 which is about $100 per square foot making this a 2000 ft.² home. Homes in this area are selling for approximately $150 per square foot so with some TLC this should be worth approximately $300,000 in today’s real estate market. I’m posting this property on July 26, 2014. It’s a two-story home in a very nice well-established neighborhood. Set right in the middle of Bay Bridge Landing subdivision in Miramar Beach this home has almost a half acre of land and 4 bedrooms. There is nothing that you can find that is for sale in this area at this price and size. The neighborhood is well taken care of and has a community pool and dock on the Bay.
