The price range was from $53,000 for a 2 bedroom trailer on 3rd Street all the way up to $497,400 for a 4 bedroom home in Carson Oaks.The average price of homes sold in North Santa Rosa Beach January 2017 The mid to upper 200,000s. The subdivision that saw the most home sales was Driftwood Estates with seven homes sold. We are still seeing Driftwood Estates As one of the best areas to structure dollar. One of the homes actually sold for $105 per square foot On E. Shipwreck Rd. The most expensive price per square foot at Driftwood Estates was $153 per square foot on Cocabolo Drive.
My opinion dictates the next up-and-coming hotspot in North Santa Rosa Beach is going to be Church Street Village. They have made improvements that HOA amenities with the newly added super playground for children. To my knowledge this is the nicest and largest playground at of any of our areas subdivisions. They also are working on new construction on their phase 3 off of Chapman Street. This new phase is bringing in some very updated and modern finishes and touches throughout the homes. In addition they also have added garages to be standard on all the homes.
